for the majority of states that have more liberal laws, including NY, even to the point of them allowing abortions "anytime, anywhere, for any reason". Let leaves idiots like those in OK, TX, AL etc. continuing to over reach with outright bans, or spineless 6 wk bans that basically do the same. And those states will only move further blue and eventually overturn those bans. Allowing the Dem "cult" to continue squawking "see what the GOP will do if you give them power". And in the end, those impacted the most will be the poorest and most vulnerable in those states that can't afford to go to a more liberal state for an abortion, and/or will turn to an unsafe illegal abortion mill.

A Fed standard is the only way out of this continuing to be a major issue IMO (admittedly I think many in both parties would prefer that for fund raising and vote driving desires). It just has to be done via Congress and POTUS signature. I realize there's still a possibility that SCOTUS could still knock that down as being a States' right, but then we're right back here.
